“I have had the pleasure to work alongside Hans off and on over the past couple of years. I have found Hans to be very approachable and professional. He is always willing to jump on a call to solve any software or hardware issue that may arise or to come on site if the need is warranted. I’ve worked with contractors before, but a thing Hans did for us stands out in my mind. I had an issue arise and needed his help to fix it. I called Hans and we set up a meeting for him to remote in to fix the machine. Unbeknownst to me at the time he was in transit to another location. He pulled over and remoted into our machine from the side of the highway to help us out! If that doesn’t say “I’m committed to excellence” I don’t know what is! He didn’t mention that he was traveling when we set the meeting up. He knew what was needed and went out of his way to get to a solution for my team. Only afterwards did I find out what he did to help us out. That action alone will always stand out to me as a testament of true service.”
